Commanders should ensure that adequate copies of these references are available in the unit's MOS libraries for review by test candidates. Also, appropriate Training Extension Course (TEC) lessons on subjects covered by the test should be provided. Local pre-productions of this circular is authorized.

A majority of these references are available over the Internet. If you utilize the AMEDD NCO Academy Reference Library you will have to download the Envoy reader and the-Acrobat reader. You must have a password to utilize certain references on the ATDL web site. There is a simple process to receive your own password to access this wealth of information.
